Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for eligible merchandise, except where otherwise required by law. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by law. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as customers are responsible for ensuring returned merchandise reaches us.

Final Sale – Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following merchandise is considered final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded after purchase:

Any merchandise that has been customized, personalized, engraved, or specially made to order.

Cremation Products:

All cremation-related products, including urns, keepsakes, cremation jewelry, and other cremation merchandise.

Discounted & Reduced-Price Merchandise:

Any merchandise originally purchased at a discounted, promotional, clearance, sale, or otherwise reduced price.

All sales of these items are final.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Merchandise

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so our team can review the situation and assist with an appropriate resolution.
